Production times, Shipping & Returns

PRODUCTION TIMES

  • Production times are listed on each product page. Add that time to the shipping time you select at checkout.
  • International times can vary despite shipping selections.  Please email us at info@melanatedgreats.com if you would like a delivery estimate.
  • Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, production and shipping for some items have been delayed by as much as 10 calendar days. We are processing orders daily from USA facilities. Please bare with us and continue to support small black businesses. 

SHIPPING

  • Be sure to check your shipping name and address for accuracy BEFORE you place your order.
  • Shipping information may be able to be altered up to 24 hours after the order is placed *in most cases.* Contact us immediately if you need address correction.
  • Melanated Greats! Artworks is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses.
  • Melanated Greats! Artworks is not responsible for mail carrier actions including misdelivering, leaving packages outside, or package theft once tracking updates to Delivered. 
  • If your package updates as delivered and you can not locate it, check with your loyal post office, neighbors, management (if applicable), and check around your property, including garage and any back or side entrances. 

RETURNS

  • Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days.
  • Unopened returned items may receive a refund, credit, or exchange of equal value.
  • Opened returned items may receive credit or exchange of equal value.  Buyer pays for return shipping as well as a 20% restocking fee.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns of visibly used items as well as items that have been damaged, have an odor, or is returned without notice or poorly packaged.  We must receive the item in the best condition possible.
  • Melanated Greats! Artworks handles shipping and all other costs for mistakes made by us.
